First I was called 3 different times to confirm the appointment, even though I answered on the 1st time and confirmed. That was annoying. Then my husband and daughter arrived 10 minutes prior to her appointment time, and were not called back to a room until 55 minutes later, that is 45 minutes past the appointment time. In total, for just an annual cleaning they were there for 2 hours and 20 minutes. it turns out that my daughter has 3 cavities, I made an appointment elsewhere and asked the person at the front desk to please have her xrays ready by the end of the day because my husband was going to come pick them up. Several hours later my husband arrives to pick up her xrays and they tell him that they have been 'misplaced'. Clearly no one even attempted to have them ready because otherwise they could have called me and saved him the trip. They offered to redo them for free.Then they gave me all kinds of problems when trying to get her scheduled to have them re done because I needed them done before her new appointment. This whole ordeal is entirely the fault of the practice, and I know from experience that they have no problem making patients with previously scheduled appointments wait un-Godly amounts of time. So they agree to work her in Then when my husband brings her in, they tell him that they found the xrays. They were in the computer. Frustrating. But oh well. When we went to her new appointment, they said the xrays were too poor of quality to be used for diagnostic purposes. They took some new ones free of charge, and located the cavities. When the billing person was entering info into my insurance to get a quote of how much it would cost to have them filled. However when she was entering the information a flag came up, apparently Dental Dreams had entered that they had removed one of my daughters teeth that had a cavity! I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism that I did from this place.

I took my 3 year old in for her first dental appointment and was a bit apprehensive because she can be anxious about new things. We checked in a little after the start time and filled out some paperwork. I also have a 14 month old and they were able to play together in the play area while I completed the paperwork. The play rooms are very nice and include a jungle gym with a slide, three screens connected to different kinds of kid-friendly video games, and a separate room with some chairs set up in front of a large TV that was playing a kids movie.

We got called back about 20 minutes after we got there and about 10 minutes after finishing paperwork. We were met by an assistant who attached my daughter's teddy bear bib and told us who would be seeing her. The dentist came out first and was very pleasant. She explained that she would move the chair and it would be like a rocket ship. She then counted her teeth and checked for cavities. Then the hygienist came in to do the cleaning. She was very sweet and explained everything to my daughter, which eased her anxiety immensely. She gave her sunglasses to wear, called the overhead light her "sun", told her to "kiss" the suction, and praised her the whole time. It was a really amazing experience and my daughter said tonight how she wishes we had the mouth vacuum at home.

I would definitely recommend this place and we will be going back.

I was their for 4 hours. Was only expecting an extraction. Got recommended for other things like fillings and a plate. Remember they are a clinic so expect to wait. But when your serviced they do a great job! My confidence is boosted and have a plan set with them to have healthy teeth again. They are busy at times. But care for their patients.

this place is very new the assistants are very friendly and comforting. There is a bit of confusion as to what the dentist is requesting from the assistants due to the dentist speaking a different language and having an accent when speaking English but they all have fun with it and are very joyful no mattr what! This dentist is faster than any I have ever been to, I was in for X-rays, a cleaning and 1 filling from a cavity and was done in 45 minutes! No gum or tooth pain after the visit! I would recommend this office to anyone!
