I've been going to this salon since it opened. Owner is great as well as the other stylists.

Horrible stylists - no skill, overcharge, very rude. The color had excessive bleed out, was completely the wrong color, and I was charged almost double what they initially told me it would cost when I made the appointment and showed them what I wanted. The cut had a big chunk in the front that was longer then anywhere else and a big chunk in the back that was so much shorter it was ridiculous and couldn't have been anything other then a very obvious mess up on the part of the stylist. She didn't even bother to tell me about it. When I went back the next day, stylist refused to fix or attempt to fix these obvious mistakes and was incredibly rude. Then the owner didn't offer to fix anything either and basically told me "oh well, tough luck". No fix, no refund, no offer to correct the situation in any way, not even touch up the horrible cut. They couldn't care less. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON - you'll just end up going somewhere else to fix what they mess up!
