Getting worse

Started off as an awesome place to bank. Then they started coming out with ridiculous rules and charges.

First, they cap your spending limit to $500 per day unless you come in to sign something to raise your limit for a day. This was a huge problem when my car broke down in Washington DC and I needed to go above the cap, but they told me I had to come in to sign something. Kind of hard when your car is broken down out of state. I had more than enough in the bank to cover, but the lady at the bank said that coming in was the only thing to do.

On top of that they started charging ppl $6/mo to use online banking. Not paying bills, just to view your balance! Not going to break the bank, but it is such an annoying charge for something that I'm sure is free everywhere else.

They do have some cool features, and low rates, but I can't see myself banking with them anymore after the last incident.
