The staff at Eyemart Express is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have worked with Leslie and Beth for five years now and have never been made to feel rushed, no matter how busy they are (and they have gine through lits of frames with me before I make up my mnd!) The turnaround time from selecting your frames to notification your new glasses are ready to pick up is next-to-none! Mine were ready in less than two hours, even though they are not single vision. The only time it has taken longer was when I selected frames that were not in stock. They are serious about their relacement guarantee, too - I know from personal experience! If you have a problem adjusting to your new glasses, you will only be dissatisfied if you don't tell them about it - if you tell them, they will keep working with you untill you are satisfied! I once stepped on my glasses after having them three or so months breaking them beyond repair, and they replaced them free-of-charge even though it was clearly my fault (and they were less than a year old)! Price shop around as I did, and you will find yourself back there as they, by far, offer the best value I could find! I wish more people who have great experiences woul take the time to post ratings, as it seems that, generally, people who have a complaint feel motivated to submit ratings. (Then again, if they did, the store would be even busier and I might have to wait longer����). I highly recommend them!

Be careful if you shop here. While they have a beautiful selection of frames, same day service, and an optometry office inside the store, they may try to rip you off and at least certain employees have no problem lying to your face. --

I came to buy eyeglasses, and they lied to me about what my insurance covered (or were incompetent in looking my plan up). When I came back and asked for them to fix it, they lied about how much I should be refunded. I ended up having to go through the receipt item by item, with my insurance carrier on the phone, to get my refund. They also applied more expensive options (the premium protective coating rather than the standard which would have been covered by my insurance plan, additional warranties) without clearing it with me and refused to refund those items. Plus they kept cutting me off or outright telling me to be quiet when I tried to discuss the matter with them. --

When I first came back with questions about the charges, I was inclined to be charitable, that it was just a mistake, perhaps by a new employee, especially as the staff had been very cheerful and seemingly helpful on my first visit. But the rude and IMO unethical way I was treated at my second visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be avoiding them in the future. Even if my experience was not the norm (it was my first time shopping here), I would advise others to be wary. Bring a copy of your benefits with you and ask for an itemization before agreeing to anything.

My recent visits to this store have been extremely pleasant and helpful. I have had the pleasure of working with Beth and Leslie, both of whom spent a great deal of their time to assure me a proper fit to a rather complicated prescription over a period of several visits. Each of these gals was patient and understanding of my situation, promising me they would not quit working with me until I was completely satisfied. They even checked with their lab technicians regarding my situation. I am very thankful to have such caring individuals working with me, even getting a hug from each of them before leaving the store, assuring me, again, that they would not give up helping me until I was completely happy. Thanks so much to Beth and Leslie! (A footnote: regardless of how busy the staff in this store was, clients walking in were always warmly greeted, the phone was answered cheerfully and this, to me, having worked in the medical field for many years, indicates the personnel in this store really care)...

I had a horrible experience Beth was the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever in my life had to deal with and I have been in human resources and customer service for over 20 years I finally got my refund because the classes were not the right prescription but then she decided to call the police after she told me she would give me a refund my sister was with me I never raise my voice I never swore at her she made threats I waited for the police and they left said it was silly and other employees told me how sorry they were I will never go back there or refer anyone to their I have called district manager and have received no call back so they are not responsible either my rating would be zero
