The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and helped with my pet's specific dietary needs. Also, gave me free samples to try and a money back guarantee if we weren't completely satisfied with the product. Above and beyond for customer service

I apologize that nobody saw your email as [email protected] is usually overloaded with emails (over 1000 a day) and sometimes we miss emails in the mess of it all.

These people are not very customer oriented , I had called to see if they still had a fish and the price of it, was told one thing and then drove half an hour only to be told a completely different price by a unfriendly staff member. Also the variety of saltwater fish has a lot to be desired . I will never patronize this establishment again they really need to learn customer service .. I also emailed them to tell them what had happened and no one even bothered to respond back . Horrible place I wouldn't waste my time there .

I agree with the other reviews. This is a very friendly knowledgable crew. The young people need to learn that even if this is just an entry job they need better ethics and more motivation. I still prefer them over all others even in GR
