SLOOOOW !!!! And they were not busy and the wait staff NEEDS TO SAY OFF THERE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! food came out cold, WE thought it might be the store in portage NOT same at other red Robin stores STAFF NEEDS TRAINING

We love Red Robin! It is one of the only restaurants in the area offering kid friendly gluten free options. Their team seems to be very conscientious when delivering meals that are allergy free and has even made suggestions on ways to make other menu items available to us. The manager J*** is great! He has really showed that he know his stuff and cares about his customers! Thanks Kalamazoo Red Robin!!!!
