if there was a minus sign i would of given this place a minus infinity, worst experience i had in my entire life, the manager and staff are stupid and ignorant. how can they hire a manager who is that dump and cant even issue a simple return and above that doesnt even have the decensy when he doesnt know something to call technical assistance instead makes me feel that what im saying is wrong and i dont deserve my refund and made me leave angry and with nothing. i ended up calling corporate office and they had to call them and showed them how to do their job. All they care about is selling products and trying to conveince you with the product even if you dont want it with no customer service what so ever!!!!!!!! save your time and money and go to somewhere more reputable.
