I'm so disappointed in Knox Farm and Feed store. I sent my husband to buy layer pellets from them yesterday. I requested organic-non gmo-layer pellets. Unfortunately he trusted their employee to sell him what he was asking for. Instead when I opened the bag it was an assortment of pellets, cracked corn, and unknown grains all mixed into a molasses base.
He returned the bag the next day and explained to the employee that this was not what he ask for and not what we feed with.
The employee refused to take the bag back in exchange for the correct thing and became argumentative, insisting it was layer pellets regardless of what else was in it.
So thanks to the unprofessional attitude of Knox Feed we were out $28.95 and had to go to Tractor Supply to get our feed. I've always believed in supporting the individual instead of the big chain stores but it's people like this that make that impossible.

Chuck is very knowledgable about animals, gardening, and health! I use his store regularly because it just can't be besat!

Nichole at knox was very helpful and friendly she offered alot of support for our puppy that was sick i will go back there for any of my needs ...THANKS NICHOLE....MARY
