If I could give less than one star, I would. We were unlucky enough to have to start dealing with this guy when we purchased our home and he was working for the previous home owners. Unprofessional and rude. Kept raising rates and changing contract as it suited him and without notice. Cost twice as much as other contractors for less quality workmanship. Left the work site trashed and certainly not "finished" as outlined and described. Liked to break things and then threaten you with a deadline in which it needed fixed by. Never on time and full of excuses (always sick, carpal tunnel, back surgery just to name a few). When we called to tell him we no longer required his services and found someone else, his response..."Good, I won't have to deal with you any more." Which earns him his A+ in professionalism. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. A monkey could probably do just as well.
