If there were less than a 1 rating I would give it. My GE generator which is still on warranty has been down for over 2 months.They came one day to diagnose said they would return the next day. They ordered parts which took over a month to get and then cancelled several appointments to install because someone was always sick or they were not in the area. Yesterday was the last cancellation and I've finally decided to move on a find someone else. Who could actually be worse?( I called GE after it took so long to get the parts and they said they'd had the parts for at least 2 weeks)

Had a 9 AM appointment with ABL's Topsham crew. No one showed up so I called at 9:30 to find out what was going on. I was told that the electrician was stuck in traffic, presumably due to an accident, but would "be there any minute". No one showed up by 10:30 so I called to cancel the appointment.

We are very pleased with the work and professionalism demonstrated by ABL Electric. They promptly return phone calls, schedule appointments and keep them! We are happy repeat customers. The work is efficiently done and to proper code. The electrician wasted no time in assessing the problems and making the fixes. He even identified and fixed problems caused by other contractors. We were informed that repeat customers get discounts and it really helped! We will definitely call ABL Electric for future electrical jobs!
