The Barron Center is a nearly 220-bed, long-term care, skilled nursing facility that cares for a diverse population. The purpose of the Barron Center is to provide long-term care services for frail elderly and chronically ill individuals without regard to those individual s creed, race, color, national origin or financial situation. The philosophy of the center is to provide services to people in a manner that is self-directed and recognizes the individuality of each person in order to preserve and enhance quality of life.
