Dr. Susan Baskin graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and earned her MD in 1993. After staying home with her young children, Dr. Baskin became interested in the field of cosmetic medicine by studying varicose vein pathology and treatment. She studied for one year under Dr William Walters, a sclerotherapy specialist.In April of 2007 she established her own practice... Ideal Medical Spa. Dr. Baskin is board certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic medicine ( AAAM ). She is also an active member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and American College of Phlebology. Dr Baskin continues to grow her practice in this new and exciting field of medical aesthetics.The American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine ( AAAM ) provides training and education in the science, procedures and practices of aesthetic medicine to physicians in this medical field.
