Terrible. Not accountable for items left with them. Put you off, dissemble, lie, and don't respond to telephone or on-site inquiries. Last told a lawyer would respond. Why a lawyer? I only want to know where select items are, were or not sold, and where my money is. Beware. Take your possessions, "cherished" or otherwise, elsewhere.
