Two Lights Settlement recently handled the transfer of my home in Saco. From the beginning the red flags started going up due to a lack of communication and their delays in processing critical documents. This pushed back the closing date two separated times.

Once the closing finally did happen, they delayed wiring the proceeds for 3 days and blamed their bank. Sorry, I have a hard time believing that Bank of America had a systems failure that lasted 24 hours.

Finally, after requesting for them to send the full closing documentation package for 4 days in a row, they finally sent it. Unfortunately it contains errors that they are unwilling to fix.
