I bought a large boat that needed to be lifted onto a trailer in a pretty tough location to do the job. Joe T came within fifteen minutes of me calling the company. He was a total pro and helped make a stressful situation seem like an easy job for him. Joe not only got the boat on the trailer but worked until it was placed perfectly so I wouldn't have trouble towing it.

Had my car towed by these guys when it was in park on the side of the road. These guys had no idea what they were doing and trashed my front and back tire rods. After noticing after paying 250 dollars I brought it back to Bob. Bob is the owner and did everything he could to say that my wheel was at a 90 degree angle while my wheels were straight to get from paying to fix it. Thankful they did pay eventually but had no car for a week and a half and their staff is rude. Save yourself some time and headache.

Predators! They were sent by AAA as my son was broke down on the freeway. They took over an hour to arrive...when my son called the dispatch for an update the lady complained she was given a different location by AAA and hung up. When they did arrive they told my son he had to pay $85 on the spot or they would impound the car and he'd have to pay double that! He reluctantly paid for what is a FREE service from AAA. When I called later to question this the lady hung up on me.

I usually don't write reviews for companies, but I felt I had to for Reed & Hoppes. My new car broke down on the freeway with me and my 2 young children. I called Reed & Hoppes and told the dispatcher about my concern about being stranded on the dangerous freeway with 2 young children. She could tell that I was worried and sent a truck right out. The truck driver was also excellent. He put OUR safety first and made sure we were taken care of. I commend Reed & Hoppes for the excellent service and staff. THANK YOU AGAIN REED & HOPPES!!!
