This is the worst place to live for the money . The management is the most unique professional management company I've dealt with . I've lived in another apt on division about salt and straw and they were so much more realistic. I pay over 2 grand a month to be told who can stay with and for how long . I mean why do we pay all this money cause the apt it self in not worth even close to this. There is no air condition at all . The place is small for money and it's noisy as he'll if you live under someone . Then I understand it's an apt complex there will be noise I don't complain about anything . I have got twenty noise complaints at least. I'm 32 and a woman who weighs 120 so I don't know how much noise I make . It's in my personal opinion total rip off. And I would never re new lease . Find anyplace but this management company and apt complex you will be so happy you did.
