This store has become the first place for me to go when I am looking for lumber or any hardware item. The lumberis of good quality and the price is nearly always better than the larger stores. Whenever I have a question they have an answer. Someone who knows is always present.

Dave is a great guy. He had trouble with his supplier getting me the door I ordered, but he did everything he could to make it right. He knows how to build customer loyalty. It took me a lot longer to get my order than I'd planned, but I'm happy to continue doing business with them. They're good honest people.

I've been working with 52nd Ave. Hardware for years and they have been very competitive with the big lumber companies with my custom company remodeling project packages. I have been a contractor in Portland since 1992 and have used 52nd for more than a decade. I will continue to use them for lumber packages, windows, doors, and the like as their customer service is unprecedented.
