Provided by YP.comGreat prices, will price match - and give quick service too. One of the tires we got from them has a slow leak, but other than that all is good. There is only one other tire shop I will go to, but these guys definitely go out of their way to earn your business.

Provided by YP.comGood people. Good business. I went to some other tire place and told them I had a slow leak and they checked my tire's pressure and said I was fine and sent me on my way. I then found AA Tires. I truly felt valued and and welcomed to their shop. Service was quick also I'D DEFINITELY GO BACK

Excellent, competitive prices and extremely nice employees! Everyone who works there is so down to earth and friendly. It was easy for me to see that meeting their customer's needs is their number one priority. Also, it is clear that they stand firmly behind their products. Definitely go to them!

I highly recommend AA Tires. The service was great, and Manager himself works directly with customers. The work seems to have been done well, though I'll report back if I find anything wrong.Good:* Service was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable* Very quick, I was able to get in and out in about 20 minutes for a 2-tire change* Provided exact quote over the phone, didn't charge me a penny more* Custom ordered new tires and had them in same day* Price is among the best for the "specialty" * Clean shop (inspires confidence)

I've been needing new tires for awhile, my tires are so bald and I finally had time to stop by on a sunday morning. I spoke with front desk guy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought 4 new set of tires and also got a alignment for my car, he told me it would take at least an hour and 30 minutes, but it ended up only being barely an hour. I was very happy with the price for the tires, it's reasonable.. I am looking forwards to come back in 6 months to rotate my tires!

Provided by YP.comI gave up on buying tires at America's/Discount Tire and Costco because of the long wait times. For years, I've been buying tires online or from friends in the performance car industry, and this is where I go to have them mounted on stock/factory wheels.
Honest guys who won't charge you different rates or pressure you into buying tires from them.
The thing that stands out the most is how fast they work while maintaining a high level of service. I was the only customer one morning, and they were still working at the speed of a Nascar pit crew. They are careful with your car, wheels and tires. Five minutes to patch a tire and 15-20 minutes to mount and balance four tires. You'll be on your way in no time.

Provided by YP.comFast and friendly. Great price.
I took my car in the day after a holiday to have a tire replaced. They had me in and out in 30 minutes with a great price and a smile. You don't usually get this good of customer service from anywhere in Portland. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back for any future Tires

You can judge for yourself but I left an unsatisfied customer and felt I was the only one thinking of solutions. My father-in-law is rather car savvy but occasionally cut corners. I generally trust him and he gave me four studded winter tires to put on our minivan. I thought I'd try out A&A as I like helping out small businesses and these guys were new. When I brought the tires in it was a reasonable price to get them mounted and balanced so I said alright. When they looked at the tires they were definitely smaller then the ones that had come standard and informed me of this (p205/60/R15 compared to stock p215/70/R15). I thought and said, "I knew this was going to happen and was about to get up when Fahad told me they would still work." I trusted his advice and said, "oh, okay, go ahead." Coincidentally my car started acting up and I thought weirdly it might have something to do with the smaller tires. When I started doing research everything I read strongly suggested against smaller tires. Now I know that this could be somewhat subjective but I was not informed AT ALL of the repercussions of smaller tires (decrease in handling, speedometer not matching actual speed, possible tire collapse...). When I went back to have them put some all season tires on that I had, I was told it was my responsibility to know the risks of my tires and they would not fix or recognize their error.I'm generally a pretty easy to please customer but I felt like these guys did not live up to the A&A mission statement. The employees were just standing around when they could have quickly fixed the job and had a satisfied customer. The moment of truth was when I was told, "They would WORK." I would like to point out that a "working solution" is not the same as an "advisable solution". Here is an opportunity to think creatively, help a customer out with a safe solution, and make money. "You're tires are smaller. These are the possibilities. I noticed that you have to good ice tires on the back. Why don't I order you two new tires at wholesale prices and get you back on the road safely? Here is the cost."I guess the old adage continues to hold true. You get what you pay for and low prices mean low service.
