Don't take a car you care anything about to these people, it was the WORST repair shop nightmare you could ever imagine!
If you do decide to take a vehicle to these people, document every inch inside and out with pictures and insist they give you a written estimate BEFORE you leave your car with them. (We are from Washington and didn't know that Oregon law states they have to give you a written estimate before starting work until it was too late)
Well Joan, If you knew all the circumstances that we discussed with your husband, and the fact that he was contacted in all aspects of the repair and authorized us to fix the problem with your car, then later refused payment, this allowed the Oregon courts to find in our favor in receiving your car as partial payment for services along with the court settelment after the 2 years which we stored your car, which I might add, as of this date has not been paid. If you had told the whole story, then maybe you could have told people what kind of dead beats you are and warn them not to do business with you. Tell it like it was, and not make up something that's not true. P.S. we have been in business for over 48 years, and have been so, because of our good reputation not being the "WORST" shop.
