I'm sure this is a wonderful place but the manager is a prick. I called to ask a question when he didn't answer I refrained the question and I could tell he was already getting tired of talking to me so I asked one more yes or no question "do you know..." at this point he decided it was necessary to tell me that he was a manager there and didn't have time to discuss this and made sure to make an extra effort to make me feel like an idiot for asking before saying "yes I do know and no you can't"
