explanation for poor service.

This company is absolutely the worst company on the planet. the physical location for this co. is 19620 S.W. Kinnanman Rd. Aloha Oregon 97007. See for yourself this business is the worst. I would never allow them anywhere near my home let alone in it for any reason. They are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They do NOT keep their appointments and use profanity when you try to resolve any isssue you may have. Do NOT call them. Find anybody else.

I would not do business with them EVER again

This company took my washing machine from my home in order to repair a small part. After a month of trying to contact them and driving 40 minutes to talk to them in person we had still not received our washing machine back. They made 3 appointments to deliver it and never followed through. On the final night when Mike the owner was 30 minutes late I contacted the company. He called me back and said he had spent an hour dealing with his wife and wasn't going to listen to me. When I informed him of a medical condition and that I could not handle the stress any longer he proceeded to call me a F'ing B and said that he wasn't going to bring the washer. The insurance company ended up replacing the washer so that I would no longer have to deal with him.

This review is not how it went at all. My dealing with this customer was very unpleasant to say the least. He was very demanding and irate, even the company did not want to deal with him. You couldn't talk to the gentlemen at all and try to explain what was going on with the insurance company.We are a 100% customer service company and want our customer to return to our company over and over again. We strive to make our customer a satisfied customer when finished. We have many return customer because of our customer service. We are a honest and trust worthy company. When dealing with a warranty company it takes a little more time to receive there repair do to the company supplies the part for the customer and it can be up to 14days for us to receive their part. The customers knows this when signing the contract with there warranty company. However this gentlemen continues to blame our company for it taking so long.I tried to tell the gentlemen and he refused to listen so I had to deal with his wife who was very pleasant to talk to. She continued to apologize for her husband behavior and even said that the pizza man would not even come to the door at there home because of there husband behavior. We did not keep there washer it was deliver after the repair had been finished and we took a picture to prove it. As far as we know the warranty company did not provide them with a new one, however I will verify this for sure. We even offered him at the time of service to bring out a loaner at no cost to them (even thou they were an hour out of our service area)while theirs was under repair however he would not listen to the offer.He never told us about the medical condition at all during any conversation. However we still offered to bring a loaner to him with out knowing about any medical condition in the family. Also the repair took 4 hours to replace, it was a front load washer and the barring went out, that's why it had to be brought to the shop. I'm really sorry that things worked out the way that they did. I never want any one to have a bad experience with our company. I'll always do my best to help out and provide excellent customer service to our customers.I'm sorry that this customer did not see it that way. We tried our hardest to make him happy.
