It's not the best neighborhood to start. The room was dirty, I mean reaaly dirty, and had a moldy smell. The walls are really thin so we heard people in the act while walking to our room. After our initial shock, we went to the frontdesk to ask for a different room since we were too tired to find another hotel. The counter clerk said there were no other rooms available and that we had to take that one. We stated that it was unacceptable, and that we were going to look for a clean room at a different hotel then. She said we'd still have to pay for it, which I responded, "it is not even clean and we were not paying for a room in that condition". She was rude and refused to sign a sheet of paper saying we didn't stay the night in the room. It was almost impossible to try and get a refund. A few words sum up our experience there, SHADY, DIRTY, UNPROFFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.
