I was always reluctant to go to Apple Stores with the assumption there would be elitist employees and customers. I have a five year old business PC that needed to be replaced and thought I would give Apple Store a try despite my reservations. I was shocked at how kind Matthew was in welcoming me in the store and talking about my old computer with me. In the end, I purchased a new Macbook Air and got all of my data moved to my new computer. A few weeks after the transfer he remembered me and stopped me to ask how things were working. After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting and offering countless pointers in Lion, I now understand how to use it better than my Dell!
