Quick response and treatment. Could have treated more of treated walls where ants were seen. (Behind sofas and dressers). Did leave two baits to set out and below outside of room window. Hopefully this will resolve issue.

This is the worst company to deal with. I took up the service and decided to stop the service after a month. I called to the customer service, paid the balance what ever was asked and closed the account. Few months down the line I get a letter from collection agency that I owe Aptive 10 dollars with no prior notification of any kind to me. I have been calling them from the past 5 days to resolve this. The customer service folks have the same answer that someone will reach out in next 24 hours but none call back. No direct phone no to billing department and folks will not connect if you want to talk to a supervisor or the billing department. Even though I was told I dont owe anything and it might have been a system glitch, no responsibility from anyone to take it to closure. One big mistake I did was even to try the service.....

Initial visit with Daniel was pleasant - he was knowledgeable and friendly. However, the first follow-up service was never performed. When I called the next month to inquire and request the promised service, I was told I had to wait a couple of weeks until they had an opening. To me, this was an unsatisfactory response. Since they expected me to pay on time through a a bank card, it seemed reasonable for me to expect they would perform their servies on time. Then, unexpectedly, a service technician showed up to perform the service when I was not at home. When I inspected my property the next morning, I saw that the gate leading to the back yard had a broken latch. The amount of damage (two 2" wood screws stripped from the gate) implied that the technician eith slammed the gate shut with excessive force or stood on the outside of the gate to reach over an unlatch it, thus his weight bore down on the latch and it failed. When I called to complain, I was told that it must have been an accident. The amount of damage was an indicator that this was no accident nor a mistake. It took me 20 minutes to repair the damage but, given that the screws were stripped out of the wood, I don't know if my repair will last. While the receptionist offered a $20 credit oward my next invoice, she failed to grasp that, within a one week period, Aptive failed at customer service twice - once when they failed to adhere to the service schedule and second when the technician carelessly damaged my property. My expectations for this company were much higher than they have proven to be.

Initial contact with Tyler was pleasant and informative. The Service Pro was Konrad Pilimarai and he was very easy to deal with - he listened to my concerns and addressed each. He spent extra time to ensure my experience with the company would be good. He covered the house, yard, and outbuildings.

I’m Ann C and I have been very pleased with Aptiv and their service department. I have ant issues that have been challenging but I certainly don’t mind calling for reservice. I had Daniel reservice my home this past week utilizing a different application and so far so good! I find the service personnel and the company respectful and courteous.

On site reps failed to perform their contractual duties. Cobwebs and paper wasp nests were left on the house and there was no evidence of any treatment done. I had to purchase my own pest control product to kill insects that were inside my house after I returned from vacation. I also had to clear out 3 hobo spider nests that had been built while I was on vacation. As a result I called to inform Aptive of my dissatisfaction and to cancel the service. The rep had the nerve to to say they had to charge me a cancellation fee. So buyer beware when contracting with Aptive. They will lock you in, not do their job and then threaten you with fees and charges. Do not trust this company in any way.

Pushy, invasive sales tactics, naming neighbors by name to get you to trust them, rude rude rude.
Terrible business model and they train them to ignore no soliciting signs.
