Disappointed in poor workmanship and customer service. I have been using Arch Fitters since 2006. This store manager, Michael M. sold my husband and I shoes that didn't fit once our insert were placed in them. Yes, our inserts were with us. He also ordered my husband a hiking boot that doesn't fit. Both he and I wear a 2E. He sold and ordered us a normal width shoe. The shoes don't even come in a wide. Now he won't refund us. Yes, the district manager will be getting a call as well as the Better Business Bureau and my insurance.
