We were referred to Auto Mentors through our credit union. Dale patiently listened to our reasons for buying this car & what make/model we wanted. He was able to find us exactly what we wanted & at a price we could afford. Less than a week after we purchased the car, the alternator went out. Although this part wasn't covered under the warranty, he paid for the part & installation. WOW, that was extremely unexpected & immensely appreciated. Can't say enough good things about this company & our mentor Dale.

My mom told me about Auto Mentors. She had a friend who used them and said it was easy and painless. I hate car dealers and so I tried the service. I told them exactly what I wanted - a very hard to find, specific Honda Element. They found it for me, brought it to me at work so I could test drive it and then waited while I got pre-approved from my credit union. They also suggested I have my mechanic check it out, which I did and there was nothing to take care of - love my new car and now I am recommending them to my friends!
