I ordered some parts for a crashed Yamaha Vino 125 through them couple weeks ago. They came in earlier than I had expected, so I headed over there at lunch time. By the time I reached the parts counter, three employees had asked "May I help you?". This was a definite improvement over my first time to that location, shortly after they had just moved there, and there was quite a bit of confusion. One of their employees directed me to their service department, which was different than the parts department. This time, I was in and out in six minutes with no problems or delays, other than my drooling over the new bikes. The best part is, all but one of the parts I ordered were cheaper new through Beaverton Motorcycle than used on Ebay. An OEM mirror was quite a bit more, so I went ahead and bought one off Ebay, and then it was lost for a few days by USPS. I've always done my own repair work and can't offer an opinion of their service department, but their parts counter is # 1 in my book, and the counter people have no problem spending ten minutes chasing down a part number for a $3 decal. Thanks, guys (gals too)!

I couldnt recommend this place less, they really dont carry any parts, the employees have attitudes about as poor as the shop itself. in desperation I've gone there a few times and have regreted it every time. Save yourself the trouble and dont go.
