Ralph and Wendy were so friendly and helpful. We hired them to do honeycomb shades for our home in Portland. We were so happy with the entire process!

Stopped by to check Bolligers out for window treatments. Dated showroom, overpriced and poor pushy service. Watch out for the sales guy "Steve" he must be on commission only, worse than a used car salesman. Does anybody really buy draperies anymore?

I dropped off two shades that needed to be repaired. Donna called to discuss 3 good repair options. With her counsel I chose to have the shades converted and the cost was less than expected. Turnaround time was less than 10 days! Thanks for the great service!

We have used Bolliger's since 2007 when we moved to Portland and have worked with Wendy since then. We've bought all our window treatments from them, including curtains, roman shades, wood blinds, and mini-blinds. Our window shades were made in-house by Donna. After choosing materials at the store, Wendy also arranged for many decorative pillows and cushions to be made. Their products are first-rate, their personal service is first-rate, their installers are first-rate, and their advice and help is first-rate. We continue to go back to them year after year when starting another decorating project. We give them the highest recommendation!

We bought window treatments for all the windows in our home from Bollinger some years ago and have been happy with the quality of product and prompt response to service requests. Steve helped us with color decisions and installments and gave sound advice. Recently a few of the shade pulls broke and although Bolligers no longer sells that type, Donna figured out a creative way to fix them, free of charge...not once, but twice (she could easily have tried to sell us new ones). I will definitely use them in the future and will my friends to shop there as well.

Twice now Steve has a great help in setting me up with the right replacement cord and miscellaneous parts to repair my aging mother's long traverse rod curtain. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and directed me quickly to Steve. Maybe try looking for the good in people instead of jumping to judgement--you could be in their shoes tomorrow.

All I got were defensive middle aged women, who were pissed off that they couldn't up sell me on their in home designer / installation fees, and laughed off screwing up my order. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever purchasing from them.The customer service was piss poor and when I picked up the blinds, they laid them next to the front door and sat at their desks, without even a thank you for your business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
