Purchased a remote start/alarm for girlfriends SUV in March 2014, this is the 5th or 6th time in to get it fixed in 6 months. Never works more than 4 weeks at a time. Manager said it's an "accessory" which means the warranty is limited. Pretty sure everything they sell is an "accessory"! Lady I the waiting room has been here 3 and half hours for an hour and half job. This place lost my business!

I took my car to be detailed (classic int/ext). The top of the vehicle was not even washed completely, edges of windows still have pine needles and residue on them, and there is residue under where the wipers are. The interior is still covered with pet hair from previous owner (which was the main purpose of the detail), there is spots on the overhead that were not cleaned (headliner) as well as areas of plastic trim which were obviously not even touched as I wiped off some of the smudges after I got the car home.When I asked the employee about the pet hair, his response was "well, it doesn't all come out". I will never bring my car in for a detail to your shop again; it was a waste of money.

I stopped in to buy a new remote for my alarm. They took a look at my alarm unit, and said the maker was out of business, and no remote was available. They suggested I buy a new unit for $300. Such liars, my unit is a newer Auto page. I went to another store, $40 for a new remote. I wonder how they stay in business,,,,

don't go there when there busy, some staff get testy and you can get into with them becarefull

I had two 10inch subs and a 850watt amp installed, the day after Christmas. They were done in 1hr and it was professional.
