Kevin did a wonderful job and was timely with the delivery. He is the reason for the 5 star rating. However, I needed a delivery time window because I wanted to make sure I would be home for the delivery. After your sales office talked with dispatch I was told the delivery window was going to be between 11-3, I left for 15 minutes around 9:30 thinking there would be no issues missing the delivery! When I returned home I got a call from Tamika. She said the driver had attempted delivery but couldn’t make the delivery because he needed payment. She said she would have the driver return and knock on the door. I said how can the driver return if he hasn’t been here the first time. So…now I’m thinking maybe he went to the wrong address so I confirmed mine to her. They had the correct address so I suggested maybe you give the driver my phone number so I can assist with directions! Tamika just said she would have the driver return. Again I reiterated how can he return if he hasn’t been here first! So all I could do is wait and see when or if the driver would return! So I waited. Then I got a call from Kevin and helped him find my address. He was right on schedule with the early delivery time of 11am. Not sure what’s going on with all the confusion in the sales office. That got me very frustrated! Regards
