Dont get into the units above the garages, unless you get a discount. The floor rattles everytime the garage door opens and closes. Parking is very limited. Only one parking permit per unit. If you have two cars plan to pay extra for a space in the garage other wise you need to ask for a temp. parking permit. There has been time when management were not issuing temp. permits and we have to park our car at the park and ride. Cars are being towed off the parking lot all the time so dont invite friends over after 7pm. Every several months or so all units get a notice for inspections.
