It is a very unprofessional environment, specially if you're getting your haircut with chely. She always stops cutting your hair cause all the employees stop to ask for help to help a employee out. That's really bad since you probably don't want to go home to see she didn't do her job right, because she's always up and doing something besides cutting your hair. I was once in the chair for about 15 minutes waiting for her to finish my hair after I booked an appointment and she had already started cutting my hair. I tried to give it several chances with other employees but it's the same experience. I've Been there about 5 times and every time there has been something wrong with my hair.
