Provided by YP.com.Beyond the worst treatment I have ever encountered. The doctor called me "white trash" and when I was explaining to her why I was in there, this being the third time I have seen her, I got visible upset, and crying. I am having really horrible family issues and when I began to cry she said "every time I see you, you have these sober stories." and preceded to roll her eyes. I honestly believe she did not want to help me and made me feel like an idiot. The worst part was when she laughed in my face when I started to walk out of the room. I needed to leave because I was loosing control and I didn't want to do something that could get me arrested, like hitting her. I have NEVER felt so disrespected, abused, or made to feel less then by anyone, let alone a doctor I was opening up to.The way she rolled her eyes, spoke to me, and even the girls at the front, just made me feel like a complete moron and ashamed for being there to get help. I will never return to this place. I am going to file a formal complaint with the state

Provided by YPmobileI usually go to Adventist urgent care, but after having some problems with them, and moving closer to Portland, I thought I would try this urgent care, since it was .07 miles from my new place... I went in and waited for about thirty minutes then, was taken back. The nurse did the usual checks... I had a slight fever when she took my temp, and I wasn't feeling well but that wasn't why I was there. (I needed a refill on my prescription because I was having a problem with my old primary doctor and was between doctors.) I went in on a Friday. It takes a couple weeks with insurance and making new appointments when looking for a new primary doctor...
The nurse said the doctor would be in, in a few minutes. As soon as she left, the doctor walked in. I made the comment "that was fast." And he questioned what I meant and I explained and he said that he was heading home but decided to see one last person...
I explained the problem. Showed him my medication bottle and he kept asking, "if I look you up in the system, it's not going to show that you're getting this from someone else, is it?..." Several times, like he didn't believe me... I understand the problems with narcotics, but I suffer from really bad neuropathy that's been getting worse and worse, leaving me paralyzed and unable to even breathe because of pain. (Thank you, all you stupid drug addicts who have now ruined it for us who actually have problems)... I didn't appreciate being accused of lying. And asking someone the same question several times, is insinuating that you don't believe them...
I was given TEN pills and was told to only take them when I'm in excruciating pain (my script I was getting, for several months, was three pills a day... Ten pills would last three days and give zero chance to find a doctor before running out.)
He made the comment that I had a slight fever and I started telling him that my throat had been hurting since waking up and that I felt like I was starting to get an ear infection. I told him everyone I know had just gotten sick and I had probably gotten whatever was going around.
He never bothered to look at my ear and checked my throat, five feet away from me and said that if it gets worse to take Advil...
All I could think about was the fact that he was heading home and decided to see one last person, because he didn't listen to a word I said about my prescription or health problems and hardly checked the symptoms I was having. He very obviously was just trying to get home.
I got sicker and Advil did nothing.
I will NEVER go back here again.

Provided by YP.comI came to Urgent Care couples times at mall 205. Two gils at front desk were nice and professional. They check me in right away even letting me waiting time 15-20 mins. nurse? or medical assitant called me up. She was super cute with conversation about stuff ( I like her Asian accent). Doctor was nice. He knews whats going on with me and patient with my long story. Will come back more.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT GO HERE. They practice verbal discrimination. If you are not in need of urgent care and you are over the age of 35 you will be told you are to old and they are not taking patients your age. Very unprofessional. I am considering filing a discrimination complaint against them. Since they are part of the Oregon Health Plan network I am going to notify OHP of this practice. The most I can hope for out of all of this, is to make other people out there aware of what they do here so you do not have to be subjected to this. No one who is trying to seek medical care should be made to feel like you are to old or not worthy of treatment

Provided by YP.comHave never been so humiliated but a physicians office before. Receptionist was totally rude, and the PA assistant was worse. Do not use this clinic unless you have a strong stomach for abuse and want to see only a PA that really doesnt know much about medicine anyway.
