The employees and costumer service are great. As a costumer I feel really bad for the employees though, Convoy treats their hard work with no thanks. I have asked in conversation how much raises are with this company and I was shocked to find out Convoy isn't giving it's employees their raises. What kind of company doesn't reward such good employees? Doesn't make sense.
