I pass by this location several times weekly, I've noticed their sign that reads, "Friend us on Facebook for Great Deals." Well, I did, but I didn't get a deal. Granted, I came to the store shortly before closing, but had called ahead of time to ask if this was okay. When I asked to have a color matched, they laughed at me and told me they couldn't do that at the end of the day. How would I know how much time it takes to do a color match? I thought it was commonplace. Anyway, how rude to laugh. Then, when I mentioned the deal I saw after liking them on FB ($14.95 for a Gallon of Pratt & Lambert paint), I was told I could not have the deal because I did not print out and give them a piece of paper. When I viewed it on FB, I didn't see any requirement to print it out. (It must have been in the fine print.) I figured since you couldn't view the deal with out "liking" them, this is the only way one would know about the deal. I couldn't have printed the deal anyway because my printer is not working at the moment. However, even if I had been able to, it wouldn't have done me any good because they wouldn't let me come back the next day with a piece of paper for them. In this economy, to have a customer who wants to do business with you and wants to give you money, but then have obstacles put in my way and be treated rudely, is just plain stupid. Needless to say, I bought my paint elsewhere and will not be going back.
