I needed to write to you and tell you what it means to have DuFresne's as an auto service. I am a single gal and always worry every time I have to take my car in for anything. I NEVER have that worry with you guys! I always feel like you are honest with me and take very good care of my car needs! Thanks to all of you at DuFresne's! I am passing you on to all my single gal pals that need a reliable car service place!

Du Fresne's is the perfect way to support local business. My husband and I love and trust Du Fresne because they always treat us like we are important customers and also because their employees are extremely knowlegeable. We never worry about taking our car to be fixed there because we know a good job will be done and corners will not be cut. We highly recommend Du Fresne's to others in the neighborhood.

I have been doing business with DuFresnes for over eight years now and have not one thing bad to say about them. They are wonderful, warm loving people who make you feel at home any time I am there. The work they provide is grade A and unquestionably the best. They have very well trained and knowledgeable technicians in their field of work and only have your best interests in mind when repairing your vehicle. The parts and services they provide are great just like the employees. Go on and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The receptionists have no class and lack customer service skills. After diagnosing my car they try and sucker me in with a 32" flat panel off brand tv to write a positive review! I've wined and dined with kings and queens, but when it comes to mechanics, these ones are fiends.

I love Du Fresne's! I have gone to many of the large car service centers where I have felt like a number and not a human. This shop has great customer service, they remember who I am and my car. When I drop my car off, I get fresh coffee and I receive thank you calls after the work is completed. They also send coupons in the mail and do free oil changes with donations of canned food in the month of December. So I often get discounts on services that I need. I also enjoy supporting a locally owned family business, I will always take my car to DuFresne's.

I took my 1996 Jeep Cherokee to DuFresne's when it started leaking anti-freeze and smoking. I was told I had a cracked radiator and was given a rough estimate. I called 3 other mechanics and one Jeep-specialty mechanic and DuFresne's was the best price. I was a bit nervous because I had always used my trusted "Jeep-guy" near my house. I went with price and got great service and quality, too! My car is running beautifully and I have found a new trusted mechanic! Thanks, DuFresne's!

Our customer relationship with Du Fresne’s Auto Service is in its 20th year and the Crawfords intend that it continue. Starting in 1991 with Boris the Taurus (we have an eccentric habit of naming our cars), Du Fresne’s has been taking care of our automobiles. After Boris defected to one of our sons, Du Fresne’s attended to Mary Lou the Subaru until she defected to another son. Now the focus is on Brian the Scion (aka Sweet Pea the xB).



Long ago I adopted the practice of having cars regularly attended to by professionals who know what they’re doing. I recommend the practice and recommend Du Fresne’s for the job. These people are professionals, know what they’re doing and are also very pleasant. They are the best I’ve met.

I have been going to DuFresne's for the last 8 years. I had been to many shops before. I could never find one that I felt they had my best interests at heart until I stepped in the door at DuFresne's. From the very first moment I knew I found a new home for my car repairs. More than once they have saved me money by pointing something out before I got stuck on the side of the road which would requite a tow bill and who knows what else.



Being that they are a smaller shop than a dealership they usually can get you in the same day or next day if you can leave your car with them. I always call the minute I get one of their specials via e-mail or newsletter because I know they fill up quick. They are the best kept secret in the NW Hills! Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
