Dear Jeff,Thank you for meeting with my niece, my daughter, and I last week.We were seeking your advice about renting my house and we valued your suggestions as to what we should do to get the place ready to rent. As it turned out there was a lot to do, very time consuming and costly. The three of us decided we didn't want to go through that again and that we would sell instead of rent.We appreciate the helpful advice you gave us and for recommending Sue and Mark. When we were done with the main floor everything was beautiful. The inspection on the foundation was another matter and proved to be very time consuming and costly.The good new is that the house went on and off the market the same day. I bought my house through Farrell 5 years ago. It was a great experience! I never felt pressured or rushed into anything even after seeing more than 20 different houses before deciding on one. They are great to work with and are very reliable.

I was trying to sell my house with Farrell and associates but it was bad from the start! Whitney Petersen has a really bad attitude. He is very rude. The company use to be good when Nancy Farrell owned it but since Mark Farrell took over it has been a joke. There commissions are too high. I would stay clear from this company. Reviewing there reviews on here it doesn't surprise me.

I have been using Farrell & Associates for quite a while to manage two rental properties. They have been great to work with and have been prompt at addressing any issues that ever come up. I live in another state than the properties and feel very comfortable knowing my homes are in capable hands. I recommend Farrell & Associates to anyone wanting a professional and diligent company taking care of your properties. Jeff and Betty have been amazing and are always there to answer my questions or concerns. Once again, I highly recommend Farrell & Associates for your real estate needs.

Bad news all around.We bought a house from Farrell and Associates. We thought that they "Fixed up the property" They did a lot of remodeling. Maybe only to hide all of the things that were wrong with it. They basically lied to my wife and I. It has so many things wrong with it I dont know where to begin. We finally had to jump through hoops for them to come fix everything. The biggest problem was the sewer. They tried to hide it. They did a good job hiding it. It wound up costing $12,000 dollars which they only paid $5,850 of the total bill. Take it from us "Dont buy a house from this company"

DO NOT LIST A HOUSE WITH THIS COMPANY! First off they are very unprofessional. There fees are very high! They never return phone calls either to there client or the tenants or possible buyers. Whitney Petersen is very rude and seemed like he didnt want to help. They managed my house for 6 months at 8%. Really high rate. I did all the work! It was like I gave the money to them for no results! I live overseas and didnt have time for this. My husband was in Portland for 6 months trying to get it ready to sell. Horrible experience. They wanted to sell the house for us but there was no way I would list with them. I used another local company to list with and so should you. PS If your thinking of renting from this property management joke then think again. They will never help you with any of your issues..... STAY AWAY FROM FARRELL

They manage the property next to mine. Seem to do a better job than the people I am using.
