Provided by YP.comI used Geekoids when I needed a part to connect a second hard drive in my old Dell tower. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the controller card I needed (a PCI Serial ATA card). I installed it and it has been working perfectly.

Provided by YP.comI took my PC in for a tune-up. It took 4 weeks and me calling twice and stopping by once before it was even touched. When it came back to me, I lost a lot of info on my computer. I complained because it took so long, and the owner was kind of rude and not open to being helpful. I will not be going back.
I'm sorry your experience with our service was not to your expectations. We have had one of our techs out with pneumonia this past month which has significantly increased our turn-around time. To compensate for this, I've been providing a $25 discount for any computer that has been in the shop over two weeks. My techs have been instructed to inform me in any case of data loss - please contact me so we can discuss the specifics of your loss - it may be that we still have your data backed up on our servers.
