I went in for a cut and color awhile ago and was quoted a price ( two different people told me how much it would be). Right before my hair was going to be blown dry, I was told, "I'm sorry, I quoted you the wrong price." The color cost me $40+ more than what was told to me. The owner gave me some stupid spray to make amends but still charged me the higher price. The only reason why I did not fight the new price was because a friend referred me and I didn't want there to be any ill feelings towards her. I will never go back there. I feel the owner should of eaten the cost difference. She also spoke negative about the girl who did my hair. She should have kept her feelings to herself. There are too many places around that will give better service, use them instead.
