About Brett Hall I am always troubled when I hear someone tell me that they are going to be a good criminal defense attorney because they like to argue. My job, while at times requires me to argue to opposing counsel, the prosecutor or the judge, is different. As I have done both prosecution and criminal defense work, I understand your anxiety when facing criminal charges, and while I cannot make it go away in its entirety, I can solve your problems through a pragmatic and proactive approach to each case. I have tried all sorts of criminal cases, from violation of restraining orders to driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession & distribution of a controlled substance to murder. I have successfully defended criminal cases all across the state of Oregon.
