Tomas answered insurance questions and was very nice. He gave me information I needed and will find useful in future decisions regarding our health plans. And when I called, he answered my call immediately, no waiting on hold. You don’t know how happy that makes me.

Mostly painless, very knowledgeable staff. Alan provided us with service unlike anything in recent memory. Very easy to talk to and very capable of answering any questions we had. His recommendations were spot on, like he actually listened! He not only saved us a good amount of cash each month with what he recommended, but saved me hours research.

Good service and worth the extra time taken on the phone to actually understand the best option, no pressure, and no hassle for your money or silly fees. Absolutely no problems for me to recommend this company, very good indeed.

I filled out a quote for health insurance from and ad on FB and Health Options contacted me. The gentleman who helped me with my health and dental insurance applications was very sincere helpful and patient with me even when I was struggling to figure out my email so I could do the online signature with my mouse. My mom and I have both purchased our healthcare here and we’ve been happy.

When I was surfing the web for life insurance I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted or needed. I just got married and wasn’t sure how much I needed or what would be good price. These guys were excellent from the first talk on the phone until to a couple weeks later when I decided on the plan for me and my wife. i like that we didn’t have to have physicals and they showed us all the prices and ratings from all the insurance places and let us choose. Would definitely recommend this service for getting life insurance.

I’ve loved working with Ben over the years, he’s a great agent. As traveling nurse by profession I must cover my self with my own coverage that has to be flexible. Ben’s always made sure I had insurance that worked for me and helped me understand how to use it to it’s fullest. I really appreciate having an agent I consider a friend.

Five Stars, seriously. I know 5 stars for a health insurance company, right? I found Health Options Insurance through a friend. I had the pleasure of working work Ashley and her assistant. I can say they genuinely care about setting you up with the right plan, not just any plan. I've had horrible experiences in the past dealing wth health insurance and getting set up with junk insurance. It was a breath of fresh air working with these guys and making it so effortless. I ended up getting a Major Medical with accident coverage and I saved about $50/mo. over last year with Blue Cross. They'll really helped make is so my easier by holding my hand making sure I was getting the most for my money. You guys are great! I'll be you back when I need dental insurance. :)

I was super nervous about getting Health Insurance because I really didn't fully understand how it all works and was scared to change. I am so happy that I called and was able to get good coverage for way less then what I thought it would be. Big thanks to the team who really helped me not only get better coverage than what I had last year but took the time to explain it in a way I could relate to. I love Portland.

I called Health Options after getting fed up with my insurace ( Health Republic ). I reached Taylor, she was Great. She Guided me through the entire process like a professional caretaker, lol. Answered all of my questions, even pointing out details I was unaware of. Thanks!
