Provided by YP.comI am new to Portland and so far I have had nothing but great experiences until now...We were out walking around our nieghborhood and decided to grab a drink and a bite to eat at the deLuxe Hotel Bar...my husband and I were taking our close friends out to eat who were visiting...the hotel itself was beautiful but the staff very unfriendly. We were not greeted at all...we sat at a table right beside the bar and waited for 20 minutes thinking that maybe they were just a little busy...as a bar manager myself i understand sometime it's hard...but the only time we were even spoken to was when the waiter walked over and asked me to move my chair...he didn't even say "we'll be right with you..or sorry we'll be right over" ....instead he ignored us and took 2 other tables order that came in 10 to 15 mnutes after us! For such a beautiful hotel...the staff was definately not up to par!
