my response to Christine S: How was your.mother.harmed.by.the.care staff, and.in what way or ways were the.staff negligible in their duties?

Also, if you feel they should be held liable, why aren't you suing them yourself?

My mother lived at Pacific Gardens from 2007 - 2014. She received excellent care. The staff was very caring, involved, compassionate with her and also with me and my family. I was encouraged to be involved in her care plan.

this is ELDER ABUSE IN ITS HIGHEST FORM the staff has no IDEA what there doing......there should be a class action suit against them. youtube it twitter it facebook it GET THE WORD OUT NOW SAVE A LIFE IT COULD BE YOUR MOMS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
