As a licensed clinical social worker I offer a neutral, nonjudgemental and relaxed setting that encourages curiosity, flexibility and self compassion. My communication style is direct, practical and inquisitive and I approach my role with humility, gratitude and a healthy sense of humor. I believe that therapy is a choice, a form of education and an investment in oneself.
