Provided by YPmobileVery dissapointed in the speed of service. I placed an order before 8am and it still has not been delivered by 230pm. I called and asked when it might be and was told as late as 5pm. I will use a florist that has speed of service as part of their business philosphy in the future. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a great day for someone special...

I just wanted to say thank you for your service today. It was really quick and easy for me to put in an order and I appreciate that. The cupcakes were a big hit (what a great alternative to the typical bouquet of flowers). Everything was taken care of and delivered in a matter of a few hours and that’s awesome for me b/c I don’t always have time to plan ahead.
I will definitely keep this in mind not only for my own personal use but for business related occasions as well.

I place an order on line thinking that it will be the best way, I place my order on saturday, recived an E-Mail on sunday saing that their computers were down and they didn't get order on saturday, but that the will deliver the flowers on monday; they did, three days later, charge me the same, no apology or anything, they are not doing me a favor, its a service! The worse. What if the flowers were for a good by.
I just read this review and emailed this customer. I think it was from another country and we had issues with his address on his credit card. At any rate I did not know he was upset until I read this and am trying to find out why.

Provided by YP.comLast year, we used them to do the flowers for our committment ceremony. We both had an idea what we wanted but not exacts. She listened to what we wanted and then blew us away at the ceremony. They were better than we imagined and very reasonably priced. Since then, I have been in there twice to put together random bouquets for people, Lynne made them onsite and again listened carefully to me and made specific recomendations.
Also, when I want to send flowers at the last min, the web site is easy to use and offers lots of selections.
I would def. recomend Menlo Park Flowers
