Have been a service customer for almost 10 years. Went to trade in Older RX for new or slightly used. Nobody would help us in used or new lots. Stereotype because wearing baseball cap and Levi's? Poor customer service once we found a salesman, rude, unhelpful and unwilling to even look at numbers, like we were waisting their time. Shocked on horrible service and discrimination, Drove to Kuni BMW and bought a $45k BMW. Shame on you Lexus of Portland!

I just leased a Lexus IS 250 from Lexus of Portland. Yazen and Steve took great care of me and there was never any pressure at any step of the way. I usually avoid dealers, but this experience was amazing and I have had the car for about a month now and absolutely love it. Buy the car and do it from Lexus of Portland, best car decision you will make.
