Make an appointment before coming in, they're usually really busy. I seriously wouldnt trust any other place in that area with the family car.

The mechanic is honest. He quotes you a fair price and tells you when you don't need service. I owned the unfortunate C230 with a faulty engine design and I used the mechanic to keep my baby alive. When I had to spend $5k on a new cylinder head, I checked his detailed quote against OEM parts dealers and factory dealers only to find that he was underpricing parts. I'm thankful I found him.
