BEWARE - YOUR DOGS SAFETY & HEALTH ARE AT RISK. I have been taking my dog to Lexi for almost 10 months on a consistent basis and have experienced alarming and irresponsible business practices that should compel you to look elsewhere.

Vaccinations are not up to date on dogs interacting with others at daycare - confirmed by the Multnomah County Animal Control

Dog bites and aggression have no protocol in place to address - my dog was left bleeding for 2 hours without a call and without a manager or owner to convey leaving me without details of what happened, next steps, and forcing me to go to emergency room care instead of vet because of the late hour.

Not vets but applied medicine to my dog that the vet said did more harm to him.

Overcharge when paying in cash thinking you will not notice at the excitement of handing over your dog.

THINK TWICE

Would definitely NOT recommend! Customer service is atrocious! They seem very unorganized which is surprising because they have been in business for at least ten years. You'd think they would have their act together by now.
