NO CALL NO SHOW. Move was confirmed with Bill on Wednesday, just 3 days before my move and I was assured everything was good. Today, the day of my move, they are not here and not returning any of my calls.

I have used Metro Moving several times over the course of the last year. We have been doing a major home remodel. It is such a relief to be able to call, sometimes with short notice and have polite, reliable professionals show up on time, ready to move. I especially appreciated the TLC shown to my fragile or heavy antiques. I love the shrink wrap. The team work is so efficient I was shocked at how quickly the moves were made. I definitely will be using Metro Moving again.
