Care oregon assigned this clinic to me at the beginning of this year. The first appointment I had I was not impressed. It's a run down, dirty, outdated facility so it made me question if I was going to get the best care there; Of course not. The first appointment I had was for a woman issue and when I went into the room and the girl was asking me my symptoms she made this face like she was disgusted which didn't make me feel any better about myself, also the doctor put me on an antidepressant and now they won't refill it unless I come in to see them (which i already did.) So basically they want me to come in every month to ask me how it's going and take time out of my schedule. They didn't even tell me that they wouldn't refill the prescription unless I went back so now I'm completely out and this isn't a medication you can just stop taking.

I wish i could give negative stars. This is the worse health care center i have ever seen in my life. The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful but thats where it stopped. I was bullied by the medical assistant, who didnt like that I said i dont get on the scales due to past eating disorder issues. She immediately started lecturing me about cooperating or she would terminate the appointment, all the while taking my blood pressure. She pumped that cuff up so high i really though she was going to damage some veins. I told her to stop picking at me, 3 times, while she kept lecture, then she told me to get out. I demanded the doctor and a nurse practitioner came in telling me i clearly needed to get my self calmed down and take responsibility for what happened. Then the awful one came in, and terminated the appt smugly. Ive never heard if such horrible behavior by medical professional. Later i learned this was a welfare office and no one was taking new welfare patients so they could do whatever they wanted. Why was i at a welfare clinic? Because i was laid off my job last summer and had no income since the unemployment extentions have been geld up in congress. Obamacare gave me medical coverage for free and for which i was grateful. Never did i think id end up in a dirty, pathetic excuse for a clinic. I left in tears and by the end of the week i was seen at Kaiser, still on obamacare OPH. i was treated like a returning favorite aunt and was asked if i wanted to weigh or not. So its not the obamacare, its the nasty neighborhood clinic. I would send a dog i didnt like there
